Take a virtual tour:

2304 Pine St, Boulder, Colorado.

Originally built in the 1940's, this 3BR / 1.5BA historic home was where the proprietors of the local grocery store lived with their family for many years. After an extensive top-down renovation, we are happy to reintroduce this slice of Boulder history to the Whitter neighborhood.

The Pinehouse is fully furnished, and available to rent month-to-month, with rentals beginning on the 1st of each month. Included in the rental price: all utilities (trash/recycling/compost), linens, towels, cleaning supplies, gigabit internet, Apple TV, and wireless stereo system.

The home is finished with a comfortable mix of modern furniture, appliances, amenities, and art. The design was inspired by a variety of places we have experienced over the years: mountain huts in the Swiss Alps, lake cabins in Northern Michigan, summer camp bunkhouses in Minnesota. There is exactly zero drywall in The Pinehouse. It’s all wood.

Other amenities include: New, high-efficiency tankless hot water heater, customizable heat + a/c mini-splits in all rooms, thermostatic gas stove (living room), super quiet Bosch dishwasher, high efficiency washer/dryer, main floor bathroom with glass shower and in-floor radiant heat, new gas oven and range, and Hansgrohe fixtures throughout.

It’s located in the Whittier (K-5) school district, on a quiet residential street in downtown Boulder, with plenty of unrestricted parking right out the door. There is a gated yard with a large outdoor dining patio with gas grill. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Pearl Street, with several major bike lanes that head in all directions. Its proximity to town and several grocery stores (Natural Grocers, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods) makes it very easy to get by without a car.

No pets.

Thanks in advance for having a look around. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The Pinehouse is located in downtown Boulder, Colorado on 23rd, between Pine and Spruce streets.

The restaurants, cafes, and shops of Pearl Street are a short 5 minute walk away. There are also several grocery stores (Whole Foods, Natural Grocers) within walking distance.

There is ample, all-day permit-free street parking, but in this part of Boulder, it’s pretty easy to get by without a car.
